Summer season Guaranteed public guided tours in Runonlaulajan pirtti daily at 11 AM and 3 PM from June 1st to August 31st, 2022. The guided tour lasts approximately 20 minutes. The tour includes live kantele music and stories about Ilomantsi's runo-singing tradition. Included in the entrance fee to the runo village.
On Tuesdays 14.6.-2.8.2022
The ancient Koitajoki river invites you on a trip. On the Kokan kohinaa river boat trip, you get to explore the beautiful riverside landscapes of Koitajoki. Departure and return from Möhkö, from the shore of Möhkön Manta Lumberjack Cafe.
On Wednesdays 15.6.-3.8.2022
In summer 2022, our offering includes a new addition: Getting to know Möhkö and Petkeljärvi - by boat and bicycle trip, which combines two excellent activities. The outbound journey from Möhkö to Petkeljärvi by shuttle boat and the return trip to Möhkö is by bicycle, at your own pace, along the Rajan polku trail. In between, you can enjoy the unhurried landscapes and services of Petkeljärvi National Park.
On Wednesdays during the period 15.6.-3.8.2022
In summer 2022, we offer a river boat service between Möhkö - Petkeljärvi - Möhkö. You don't need a large group, you can sign up for our trips by yourself or with your family.
Departure from Möhkö at 10 AM. Arrival at Petkeljärvi at 11:30 AM. Departure from Petkeljärvi at 1:30 PM. Arrival in Möhkö at 3:00 PM.
On Tuesdays 21.6.-26.7.2022
The blacksmith works at Möhkö Ironworks' forge on Tuesdays 21.6.–26.7.2022 from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
The work demonstration is included in Möhkö Ironworks' admission fee.

Parppeinpirtti Restaurant's contemporary Karelian feast is assembled respecting Karelian tradition, spiced with the personality of the local area. The Karelian log house is full of flavors, scents, and atmosphere. Welcome to feast!
